Orders

To place an order, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. On the cart page continue with checkout by selecting "Proceed to Secure Checkout" and follow the prompts provided.
In order to pay by check, money order, ACH, or wire transfer please contact our sales department by calling 877-509-8040. Please do not send your payment prior to placing your order. Once your payment has cleared, the order will be released to process for shipment. Personal checks will be held for 5 business days from when they are processed while they clear. All other alternative payment orders will be released as soon as the payment is received, with a minimum of 1 business day delay to receive payment.
To place an order for a NET30 account please send your Purchase Order to sales@dkhardware.com email. Please allow a minimum 1 business day for processing. In order to get approved for a NET30 Account, please fill out our Credit Application by clicking the link and email the copy to sales@dkhardware.com. You will be assigned with an account manager once your application is approved. An account manager will contact you directly with details regarding your account and the approved credit limit.
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or cancelled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

DK Hardware offers Standard Ground delivery option for regular size orders with an estimated 3-7 business days delivery time frame and Expedited options such as 1 business and 2 business day delivery. Please be advised that our cut off time for expedited orders is 2 PM EST. For large or oversize orders we may use a common carrier shipping method that takes a minimum of 5-10 business days to arrive.

There is no minimum order requirement to purchase from our site. We accept all orders large and small!

Great care is taken when packing your order, but on rare occasions an item may have been missed. If any part of your order is missing, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can find a solution for you!

If any item or packages are missing, you MUST do the following:

  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing it
  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 1 business day

While we do our best to avoid this, part of a shipment can occasionally go missing during transit and we must go to the carrier company to start a trace for the missing items or receive reimbursement if the items are ultimately deemed lost. By signing the delivery receipt you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. If part of your shipment is missing and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation or replacement of the missing items.

Products

Select products on our site are able to be customized and are designated by a special banner on their page.
DK Hardware Supply offers samples on selected items, like extrusions, shower seals, and certain weatherstriping. Most of the samples are available to purchase online as an option on product pages. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a sample that is not available to be purchased online, we will be happy to check the availability for you.
We do not sell used equipment.
DK Hardware offers a 30 day warranty on all purchases. Selected items have a manufacturer's warranty that will be displayed on the product page.
  • Special Order items are not normally stocked in our warehouse, but could be sourced from our manufacturing partners as special order. These items may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer with typically longer lead times.
  • These items are marked "Special Order" underneath the price on the item's page. Please understand that Special Order items may not be able to ship within 1-2 business days like our regularly stocked items. As a result, we encourage you to contact our Sales Department prior to ordering if you have questions about the delivery time of a Special Order item.

We do not offer any installation services for equipment purchased through our site.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. In addition, orders can also be paid for with PayPal and AmazonPay checkout by selecting these options on the Checkout page. We also accept alternative payment methods including check, money order, wire transfer, and ACH transfers. And lastly, we offer Net 30 terms upon account approval.
We do accept orders over the phone and email, however, due to a large call volume the preferred method to place an order is over the DK Hardware website online.
While the DK Hardware Supply does not accept purchase orders as payment, we do offer Net 30 terms and accept Purchase Orders for net accounts. For more information on this payment option and how to qualify, please contact our sales department or email us at sales@dkhardware.com.

All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars ($) on the website. When ordering outside of the United States, the funds captured for an order will be converted to the local currency of the ordering country on your credit card statement. The rate of exchange is locked in when the order is placed. Credit card companies may also charge a currency conversion fee. Please contact your bank for further details.

  • Our website pricing is regularly updated to ensure accurate, real-time pricing. Prices and discount codes advertised on sources other than our website such as search engines, coupon code websites, and shopping sites may not reflect the current, accurate price or valid coupon code.
Because we carry millions of items on our site and are adding and updating products regularly, we are unable to keep a paper catalog current. Our website contains real-time information on all of our products, and our Content staff works diligently to keep the entire inventory up-to-date online. Returns

If your order does not contain customized items and was placed within the last 30 days, just ship the item back to our return center. In your return package, please include your order details and reasons for the return. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving your package.

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. Items returned up to 14 days are subject to 20% restocking fee. Items returned between 14-30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee.
While we're unable to exchange items, we can set up a Return Authorization so you can return the items you no longer need and place an order for new items.
  • All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns. If your original payment method was made by wire, check, or ACH you will be offered store credit or a check refund.

Purchase with Affirm

Your Affirm payment schedule will be finalized once all of your items have shipped (or after 300 days, whichever comes first). When you check out, Affirm will give you an estimate of when your first payment will be due. Sometimes, you may be required to make a down payment at checkout.

DK Hardware is a U.S.-based company, therefore duties and taxes will be assessed on any items shipping outside of the United States. Duties and taxes depend on the type of items being shipped, harmonized codes, and the discretion the customs agents have in evaluating these costs. These fees are the recipient's responsibility. The charge shown on our website’s shipping calculator will not show these fees.
We do ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes. Such orders are usually shipped via USPS.

You can calculate an estimated shipping cost before you check out right in the shopping cart! To calculate shipping charges, add your items to the shopping cart. Just below the subtotal, you will see the Shipping and Handling Calculator. Be sure to correctly enter your zip or postal code, as well as the destination country. This will provide shipping costs for the items in your cart.

Please note, Shipments to international locations, AK, HI and oversized packages that require special freight are subject to change (if any changes required, you will be notified via customer service)

There are rare occasions where our freight carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. If your order shows as delivered but never arrived, please contact us within 5 days of the listed delivery date. Once notified, we will take appropriate measures to locate your shipment. Please note dock checks with the carrier may take 3-5 business days to complete and traces with ground carriers may take 8-10 business days. If your shipment is located, we will continue with delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Common carrier shipping is necessary when an order is too large or heavy to be delivered by FedEx or USPS. These items will be delivered to your location by a tractor trailer. Standard common carrier delivery is curbside and does not include unloading the merchandise or delivering it inside your location.
All of our regular size ground orders are shipped with a parcel carrier like FedEx, UPS or USPS for domestic and international orders. If you need to receive your order faster than the standard transit time, we offer Next Business Day or Second Business Day delivery for qualifying shipments. For larger, palletized orders we use a nationwide network of freight carriers. Standard common carrier is curbside delivery.

Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays. All standard ground delivery times and common carrier shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed.

In most cases yes. However, state tax exemption documentation requirements vary from state to state. Tax is not collected for the following states: Nebraska, Maine, North Dakota, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Wyoming, South Dakota, Vermont, Oklahoma, Idaho, Tennessee, New Mexico, Mississippi, District of Columbia, Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire.
