Company Profile

Z‑BRICK®, originally developed in 1956, represents the original veneer-facing brick designed for effortless installation by homeowners and contractors. Its primary objective is to offer the timeless appearance of traditional masonry without the associated burdens of weight, labor, or expenses, making it an ideal do-it-yourself (DIY) solution.

In summary, Z‑BRICK® offers a simple solution for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential, commercial, or business premises. They present brick veneer options that faithfully capture the charm and aesthetics of conventional masonry materials while eliminating the inherent challenges of size, weight, and cost.

Crafted to Perfection

Z‑BRICK® products are meticulously crafted from a blend of non-combustible mineral-based materials, which include Portland cement, crushed aggregate, clay, water, and natural color oxides sourced exclusively from the USA. Notably, these materials exclude plastic, plaster, or synthetic components, and all raw materials proudly originate in the United States.

The installation process for Z‑BRICK® products is a straightforward endeavor, involving the application of a thin layer of Z‑MENT® and the subsequent placement of individual stones or bricks. This adhesive also serves as the mortar line, obviating the need for a metal lath and a metal and grid system.

It's Versatile

The versatility of these products allows for application on any robust, clean, dry, and non-flaking surface, encompassing materials such as plaster, plasterboard, concrete, cement, cement backer board, brick, or cement block. These surfaces must remain clean, dry, and devoid of flaking material. Plywood surfaces must be entirely dry before installation. In cases where surfaces pose uncertainties, such as painted plaster or pre-finished paneling, creating deep scores across the entire surface is essential to ensure a secure bond.
