The automatic switch turns the pump on when there is 1-5/8" of water and then off when the water is gone. The new carrying strap makes placing this pump where you need it easy. Our Patent Pending multi-ring suction strainer filters debris, keeping it clear from the suction intake which minimizes clogging. This powerful tool pumps up to 1900 Gallons Per Hour, connects to a standard garden hose and removes water down to a 1/2 inch of the surface.
