Product Overview
Easy to set up and use, the CRL Screen Jig Set speeds screen fabrication. Its steel bars hold the frame material at the desired size while you install the screen wire and retainer spline. Simply mount on a 48 by 96 inch (122 by 244 centimeter) worktable in your shop. The eight 3/4 inch (19.1 millimeter) aluminum frame clips hold screen frame tightly during the screening operation. You can quickly set the two free-moving bars to make any screen up to 42 by 93 inches (114.3 by 236.2 millimeters).
Each kit contains drilled and countersunk bars of 46 and 96 inches (106.7 and 233.7 centimeters) and plain bars of 28, 32 and 60 inches (71.1, 81.3 and 152.4 centimeters). Each bar is 1-1/2 inches (38.1 millimeters) wide by 1/2 inch (12.7 millimeter) thick. Eight 3/4 inch (19.1 millimeter) aluminum clips are included. One inch (25.4 millimeter) clips are also available use with larger screen frame. NOTE: Screws, washers and concrete nails (if used) are supplied by customer.
