CRL Single Spindle Automatic Glass Edging Machine is a high quality tool that offers a simple and reliable method for edging and polishing glass. It can be used for a variety of thickness for glass and mirror. It works six times faster than a belt machine which results in reduced production time and labor cost. CRL Single Spindle Automatic Glass Edging Machine is easy to operate The operator merely pushes the glass into the roller/belt conveyor and it is smoothly pulled over the wheel. Glass from 1/8" to 1/4" (3 to 6 mm) thickness can be processed with just one wheel. Our CRL VE1P Glass Edger is designed and built to provide a simple, reliable method for edging and polishing a variety of thicknesses of glass and mirror for any size shop. This Edger will allow you to do quality edgework up to six times faster than a belt machine. Pencil edge, miter, and flat and seam edgework can all be performed on the VE1P.
Machine operation is very simple. The operator merely pushes the glass into the roller/belt conveyor and it is smoothly pulled over the wheel. You can process glass from 1/8" to 1/4" (3 to 6 mm) thick with just one wheel.
