The Stopper II pull station cover with spacer (STI-1130) offers excellent protection against false fire alarms, physical damage (both accidental and intentional), dust and grime as well as severe environments inside and out. Preventing false fire alarms saves possible municipal fees, disruption, lost revenue, and a loss of productivity from employees, staff members and/or students. The clear, tough polycarbonate protective cover mounts directly to the wall over an existing pull station with an exposed conduit. When the cover is lifted, a self-contained alarm sounds (95/105 dB), drawing immediate attention to the area, and the prankster will either run or be caught, helping to prevent a false alarm. Cover does not restrict legitimate use of the fire alarm.
