This CRL 9'x 12' Standard Hydraulic Tilt-Top Cutting Table is our easiest operating glass cutting table. Two, 220 volt, three-phase, powered, hydraulic cylinders take the effort out of raising and lowering the table top. Constructed of heavy gauge steel, the power tilt table is welded and painted, then tested at the factory. The 3/4 inch (19 millimeter), smooth particle-board top is pre-covered with black carpet and trimmed with hardwood. The table's perforated surface, emits a cushion of air beneath the glass allowing easy positioning and safe handling. This system known as plenum air flotation, standard on the EHT9X12, is powered by a three h.p. 220 volt three phase motor. It will float glass up to 1/4 inch (6 millimeter) thick. Larger motors are available to float thicker glass. Now standard equipment on the EHT9X12, gravity activated retractable roller toes make loading from vertical storage racks easy. Four swivel casters and two foot-activated floor locks are also standard equipment. The CRL Tilt Top Glass Cutting Table ships completely assembled by common carrier in an enclosed trailer. Since this is a heavy piece of equipment, it is extremely important that appropriate truck unloading capability is on hand for delivery.

This table ships F.O.B. Red Oak, Texas via an enclosed trailer common carrier. A loading dock or other equipment such as a forklift will be required to unload this substantially heavy table.
