Peel Away Marine Strip is a cost-effective method for removing up to 30 Coats of most marine coatings in a single application providing the first coat is organic. By keeping the lead paint in a wet state, no airborne lead dust is generated. This water-based, zero VOC formulation does not contain methylene chloride. Peel Away Marine Strip is formulated without flammable solvents, no harmful odors or toxic fumes, making this product ideal for interior and exterior applications when removing paint from sound gel coated fiberglass, wood, and metal substrates. Peel Away Marine Strip is excellent for removing old marine coatings from intricate, carved or molded surfaces. Applied by trowel or the appropriate industrial spray equipment.
