Product Overview

Norpole's 2-Door mega-top Sandwich-Salad Prep Table is manufactured to ensure optimal performance and design, while providing convenient food storage and plenty of preparation space. The 7.6 cu. ft. capacity unit is constructed of high quality stainless steel on both the exterior and interior and is designed for easy service and maintenance. Digital temperature controls work to maintain the optimum interior temperature. Self-closing doors help to reduce wasted energy and their 90 stay open feature provides easy access when loading and unloading. Auto cycle defrost helps to provide for lower energy consumption and colder product temperature. The 2-shelves are removable and adjustable for easy cleaning and custom configurations. Included are ten- 1/6 pans as well as a cutting board for easy food preparation. There is a compartment barrier that prevents spillage into the food storage area. The heavy-duty compressor is bottom mounted for easy cleaning and maintenance.
