This extra-wide 4" x 24" (102 x 610 mm) CRL Makita Belt Sander has 33 percent more sanding surface than 3" x 24" (76 to 610 mm) models, so it removes stock quicker. The powerful 11 AMP motor drives the belt at 1.640' (500 m) per minute. The multi-groove V-belt gives the improved power you need for heavy production use. It's designed for flush sanding, and is well balanced with a low center of gravity for better control. It features a built-in dust bag for clean convenience, and comes with one abrasive belt (100 grit).
