Product Overview
This product is designed to clean hot melt adhesive melting tanks
Application
1. When adhesive melting tanks are clogged or carbonized, heat to 250 C (482 F) and empty most of the glue.
2. Pour the cleaner into the heated tank to a height of 2 to 3 cm.
3. Leave to work.
4. In 30 minutes, the cleaner dissolves the glue residue.
5. Scrape any remaining residue with a spatula.
6. Empty the cleaner from the tank.
7. Refill the tank with new hot melt glue granules.
8. Remove any cleaner remaining on the roller by using the dosing device.
9. Pre-coat edgebanding with the glue until the roller is clean.
10. Application of edgebanding can begin once the dosing device is readjusted.

Primary irritant effect:
-on skin: no irritant effect; OECD-Test 404
- on eyes: no irritating effect; OECD-Test 405
