27% protein, 18% fat, no-soy pet food. Contains more than 1700 metabolizable energy kilocalories per pound. Contains Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids (to sustain skin integrity and the immune system). Locked formula - no substitutions. Puppies: At 3 to 4 weeks of age feed softened with warm water. Feed as much as they will consume 3 times daily until 6 months old, then twice daily until 9 months old. When fed dry, dog food may be kept before the pups at all times. Pregnant and Lactating Dogs: During pregnancy, feed the female twice daily, adjusting the amount to provide weight gain without becoming overweight. After whelping, the nursing female will need 2 to 3 times her normal food intake to maintain proper body condition.
