Utilizing enhanced lifting mechanism engineering and a precisely weighted lid, minimal foot pressure is required to operate the pedal, while the lid closes silently and gently every time. The durable pedal has been designed to perform perfectly for over 200,000 steps. Designed for maximum space efficiency, it provides 25% more capacity than comparably sized trash cans. The trash bag retainer ring keeps a full, heavy bag firmly in place, preventing it falling into the can. Air vents at the base create air flow to prevent a vacuum, making removal of a full bag effortless. A replaceable air damper means it will provide like-new performance for extended use.
