Awning and Louver Window Operators: Replacement Products

Whenever you have to replace an awning or louver window operator, you can choose from a variety of hardware. C.R. Laurence has an extensive catalog of operators for window awnings and jalousie windows. Let's look at a couple of options.

Awning operators

Replacement operators are designed to fit most window applications. As there are four basic housing styles with different links styles and lengths, it is not difficult to find the right operator for a specific application.

When selecting an awning operator, look at the dimensions of the mounting holes and the type of link to identify the correct operators for the application. See dimensions chart here.

Depending on the style, the operators come in an aluminum, stamped aluminum, bronze or white finish. There is something for different arm lengths. All units include a standard or T-Crank handle.

The H3557 aluminum jalousie window operator is used by International Window, has a non-handed crank position, also is available in three link sizes and finishes.

The WCM301 window operator for Stanley 3-11/32'' Link Arm has a durable, easy-to-use non-handed design and a die-cast construction.
