Door kits

You can choose from a number of commercial patch fitting hardware door kits at CR Laurence. Here's a look at three:

1. North American Patch Door Kit with or without locks

This kit includes all the hardware necessary to complete a single free swinging door, except for the glass. It consists of a top door patch, bottom door patch, and gaskets for 3/8'' or 1/2'' tempered glass. Kits with locks come with a patch lock. Satin anodized, black bronze anodized, polished brass, brushed stainless and polished stainless finishes are available. The PHA1A satin anodized door kit is a popular choice.

1. North American Patch Door Kit for use with overhead door closer

This kit comes with all the hardware to complete a single door, except the overhead closer and glass. The top patch fitting is adjustable after the lock is installed. Each kit consists of an adjustable top door patch, a bottom door patch, a bottom pivot and gaskets for 3/8” or 1/2'' tempered glass. Kits with lock include an AMR205 patch lock. You can order the easy-to-install AMR207PS polished stainless dust proof keeper for use with this patch lock. It accepts a 5/8'' plunger, is available in three finishes.

Cylinders, thumbturns and keepers need to be ordered separately with the kit. A popular option is the PTH311BS brushed stainless glass mounted latch with lock and thumbturn.

1. North American Patch Door Kit for use with fixed transom

This kit has all the hardware required to complete a single free swinging door with fixed transom, except glass and additional supports for the fixed transom. For the PH10C bottom door patch in the kit, you can order the 1NT403 adjustable free-swinging floor pivot with a 220lb capacity and a total clearance  of 9/16''.
