3M™ Dual Lock™ reclosable fastener SJ3540 is the easy and clear alternative to traditional fastening methods, such as screws, nuts or bolts. It is designed to deliver a durable, reclosable fastening solution (which can be opened and closed multiple times) which bonds to a variety of substrates including many plastics and low surface energy materials.
3M Dual Lock SJ3540 black reclosable fastener comes in a 2 in width, 50 yd length, uses a rubber adhesive and is packaged 1 per inner, 1 roll per case. Can be used to a maximum temperature of +120 F. These products are generally considered "hook & loop" products. While the traditional system is that of a hook and a loop, some of these products also use an interlocking mushroom like head. This particular 3M item is the mushroom hook side with a density of 250 stems/in. This is an adhesive based reclosable fastener. In addition to the other properties this product is moisture-resistant, UV-resistant.
