Product Overview

CRLMulti-Purpose Glass Storage Systems are designed for the upright storage of glass cases, glass (stoce) packs and loose lites. All Standard Components are protected with a hot dip galvanized finish.
Base Rails can be butted together in 60" (1.52 m) increments to form any length system required, and are predrilled with 1/2" (12.7 mm) holes for anchoring to shop floor. Base Rails are kept in alignment when butted together with a unique 1" (25 mm) square slip-joint tube that ensures a straight line is maintained.
Notes:
Dimensions: Rail Size: 11” x 5.5” x 60”
Center Rail Size: 4.5” (7.25” with flange) x 5.75” Important Notes:

  • • Rails designed with slots to hold 2 x 4's which protect the slab edges and the finish on the rails (2 x 4's not included). Optional Easy Slide System (made of low friction material) can be mounted to the 2 x 4's for extra protection
  • • Center rail with easy slide must be used to support the glass when sliding individual pieces in and out of the rack
  • • Complete with 11" connector tube for butting rails together in a straight line for desired length
  • • Outside rails built with 2" square holes spaced 4" apart. A steel plate with identical holes is welded and boxed inside the rails, 1" up from the bottom
  • • 2" square tube posts and 2" square rubber post caps to separate glass
  • • Heavy-duty powder coated finish
  • • Minimum of 2-degree angle when dropping stone in between posts
