ROLLER TRACK KIT - Model (Cat. No. DBS1RT) - has four roller wheels, a floor track, and floor lock. Designed for rolling-out the seamer during belt changes, when located inset by the swivel ball caster tables extensions.
NOTE: This option will fix working height of the seamer at 36" (914 mm).

Product Overview
The CRL 106" (2.69 m) Wet Twin Belt Seamer can help you safely produce clean, smooth edges on all of your glass. Water is sprayed over the belts, cooling them and the glass, and reducing any chipping of the edges. The water also reduces the silica dust that might become airborne. This Seamer can operate stand alone, or with additional ball caster tables and can be integrated into a multi-step process. A new optional roller track kit is designed to simplify belt change when the seamer is inset in the caster table. The belt nip working height is adjustable from 34" to 36" (863.6 to 914 mm) above the floor. Belts are spaced 1-1/4" (32 mm) apart. The electrical controls are on a 16 ft (4.87 m) long cable, so that they can be remotely positioned convenient to the operator. Operates with two motors @ 1 HP each, 208, 230 or 480 volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz. Made in the USA.
